My Diary Entry
17th May 2017
I woke up at nine o’clock today. It’s so nice to sleep longer from time to time,  stay longer in the bed and read a little bit in the morning. I read “ To kill a mocking bird” by Harper Lee. After some time my parents said that the breakfast was ready. I really like to eat breakfast with my family during weekends and free days.  We usually prepare a big breakfast with  some fresh-baked bread and some warm food like scrambled eggs with bacon, onion and mushrooms or typical polish white sausages.
After breakfast me and my brother needed to clean up the table and as usual my dad made coffee for my mum.
We usually spend 17th of May on the boat, because we like to sail, but this year we stayed home during the day because of bad weather conditions.

My mum doesn't like 17th of May parade and she never eats ‘pølse’, so we don’t either. She explained to us what is ‘pølse’ made of. I don’t want to eat it any more, because it is disgusting. It has more fat than meat and people get fat because of it.
